Phd Anthropology Graduate Teaching Assistantships


Phd Anthropology GTAs cover full home fees and a maintenance grant set at Research Council Rates. In 2010-11 this amounted to approximately £15,590. GTAs are awarded annually on the basis of the academic excellence of the candidates and their potential as teachers of law. GTAs are allocated on the basis of the teaching needs in the Department of Law and the areas of expertise of the PhD students.
Eligibility: Phd Anthropology To apply for a GTA you must already have a UK or common law LLB qualification so that you are familiar with the teaching syllabus.

The Phd Anthropology award is for full time postgraduate PhD research students only.
The award is only open for applicants who want entry in September, as this is when teaching begins and when the award will start to be paid.
As the GTA is a Department of Law award, your research proposals must relate to the Department’s areas of teaching and research. Phd Anthropology Research areas include: public international law; international human rights; public law; European Union law;criminology, legal theory and legal history; equity, trusts and property law; class actions, healthcare law;comparative law; immigration,asylum and rights of ethnic minorities; company and commercial law; competition law; criminal law and environmental law. Postdoctoral Fellowship Phd Anthropology in Physiology


Phd Anthropology DGI is an interdisciplinary department to control with a strong emphasis in the neurosciences, particularly issues related to sensorimotor recovery after brain injury and cognitive functions.
People trained in electrophysiology, which are a strong interest in the function of neural circuits encouraged to apply. Technical experience in vertebrate model systems, intracellular electrophysiological recordings from single neurons is required. Experience with behavioral experiments is an advantage although training will be given. The Phd Anthropology successful candidate will have a current promotion or imminent, not more than three years in a relevant discipline and fluent in spoken and written English.

The
Phd Anthropology recruitment process for the position is in line with the Higher Education Ordinance (Chapter 12, § 2) and the decision on the position can not be challenged. 2011 Postdoctoral Training Fellowships Phd Anthropology


Phd Anthropology It will thus make himself the candidate for an early start in developing their independent research careers companies over a period of postgraduate training in the best laboratories in the United Kingdom and abroad, and can be customized so that they can continue to graduate school for clinical training.Fellowships Phd Anthropology maximum of four years (see "Participation ") and, depending on the duration of the award should not exceed 350 000 pounds sterling. Scholarships offer:

Wages set by the host institution, by age and experience
Research costs (eg supplies and materials, animals, small appliances)
Travel and residence abroad
Support for scientific meeting invite.
No funding for tuition or examination.


Phd Anthropology support funds for research staff or substantial equipment are not normally provided. It is expected that an appropriate laboratory(ies) will be selected and that the majority of the necessary equipment and facilities required for the proposed research be available to the candidate.Fellowships may be taken up on a part-time employment basis, where appropriate.Phd Anthropology applicants are advised to consult their training authority when designing the clinical component of their application.
